On AAIR Biographies
Marcus Vadas has more than 11 years experience in the advertising world. Right out of college, he was hired by HEILBrice advertising and within three years became the agency’s Executive Producer. He created successful radio and television commercials for clients that included The Los Angeles Times, The LA Clippers, Ralphs Grocery Stores, Piccadilly Restaurants, and the Los Angeles Tourism Board. While at HEILBrice he won two Telly awards for the production of the Ralphs Historical Campaign for which he served as both Agency Producer and Senior Art Director.
After leaving HEILBrice in 2006 Marcus joined forces with the Post Modern Group as Executive Producer. Soon after, he ventured on his own and started VADAS Production.
Continuing to work closely with Post Modern, VADAS Production has developed successful TV and radio broadcast productions for agencies including, among others, Regan Campbell Ward, McCann Erickson, Power Automotive, Allergan Pharmaceuticals, Pacific Communications, DevicePharm, Ignite Health, Saatchi & Saatchi and HEILBrice, as well as Cox Communications.
In early 2009, Marcus started developing the web show OnAAiR. The show focuses on interviews with leading people in advertising and arts, primarily in the Orange County area. It covers topics such as the dynamics of client relationships, how to keep up with the constant change in the advertising landscape, and aspects of broadcast production from shooting formats to post-production.
Before filming each episode of OnAAiR, Marcus curls up in the fetal position underneath his desk and begins to cry. The only way the other producers can get him out to do the show is by singing “Hello” by Lionel Richie and by cooking him six pieces of fresh-cut bacon.

On AAiR is produced at Post Modern Group.
