This week, I sat down with one of the founders of Wahoo’s FishTacos, Wing Lam. Wing brought along Ed Santos (aka “Rock da Mullet”) who is the Creative Director behind all the marketing for Wahoo’s. I got to hear the very cool story how they turned one small shop in Costa Mesa into a successful chain of 50+ franchises
